LCL Bulk Transport is seeking OTR drivers with eligibility to drive in Canada, requiring a valid passport as a fundamental qualification.
Wages and the balance between work-related hours and being at home are primary considerations for job seekers:
- Witness the possibility of earning $80,000 to $90,000 in your first year, supplemented by a minimum transition compensation
- An average gross pay exceeding $110,000 annually is within reach for top drivers
- - Loaded miles are priced to begin at $0.63 per mile
- - Seeing earnings of $1400 to $1600 or above per week
- Participants undergoing transition will receive a payment of at least $1200 during the six-week period
- OTR drivers enjoy a home visit every 10 to 14 days as part of their schedule, but they can also opt for a more extended time away from driving if desired
- Earning weekend premium pay starts after successfully carrying out your first solo transport and is included in the $75.00/day transition compensation

- Drivers crossing into Canada will earn $75.00 in compensation

Key responsibilities include (but are not restricted to):
- Maintain company vehicles with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Safely guiding the vehicle to the desired destination and fulfilling the client's specifications
- Ensuring strict adherence to FMCSA rules through accurate maintenance of Elogs and detailed completion of trip reports and additional paperwork
- Demonstrates proficiency in providing customer service and communication with dispatch, customers, and colleagues

- Have an active Class A CDL that is valid in the state of your residency
