Pay:
- Reimbursement calculated based on the factual miles traveled, whether carrying goods or driving empty
- Having more than 36 months of verified experience entitles you to a base pay rate of 57 cents per mile
- Drivers who fall within the 24 to 35-month experience range will be paid at a rate of $0.53 per mile
- A CPM base rate of $0.50 is offered to individuals who can validate their experience within the 6 to 23 month timeframe
- Per-Diem Pay:
- Accumulated rise of $0.005 per each one hundred thousand miles accomplished
- At $0.66, there is a limit to the amount paid per thousand impressions
- Paid leave kicks in after 90 days of employment, allowing employees to receive $150.00 per day for holidays
- Vacation: $150.00/Day
- The charge for detention is $12.00 for every hour after the initial two-hour period
- Each day following the initial 24-hour period will result in a $125.00 fee for a layover
- Charge for extra stops: $20.00 for each stop made, with the first and last stops excluded

Requirements:
- Being 21 years old is a prerequisite
- The prerequisite entails candidates having a provable history of at least six months of competence in handling solo OTR/Regional Tractor Trailer responsibilities within the previous two years
- Read and speak the English language
- It is necessary to possess a legitimate Class A CDL license
- Maintain a continuous employment narrative by mitigating any unclear interruptions exceeding two months within the immediate three-year timeframe
About Company:
TDC originated in Kansas City, Kansas in 1984 with five employees to serve Monkem Co. (MCI) as its local cartage. Later TDC provided storage and delivery service for shipping containers, drayage service for pig trailers, and limited over-the-road truckload service. Employment grew to 55 people operating 40 city and road tractors with a variety of trailers. In August of 1988, TDC opened a Joplin terminal located on east 20th Street, hauling roofing products, building materials and steel in the surrounding states. This operation doubled in the next six months, encouraging TDC to purchase 20 acres on East 7th Street. TDC's new office, shop, and parking area were completed and occupied in early March of 1990.
TDC then moved their administrative, dispatch, and maintenance operations to Joplin. We now have 40 office and shop employees to help keep the drivers on the road. TDC continues to grow with offices in St. Louis, Missouri; Kansas City, Missouri; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; along with its home terminal in Joplin, Missouri. Although TDC has authority to operate in all 48 states, its chosen market-niche is serving the Midwestern United States. Eighty-five percent of our loads originate and terminate within this area, which allows us to provide substantial service to area shippers. Another reason for keeping our equipment in this area is to get our drivers home each weekend.
