Job Details

• The average driver's yearly salary is about $80,000, but the highest-earning drivers can make up to $128,000 annually
• - A signing bonus of $1,000 awaits all fresh hires, to be distributed entirely on their first paycheck.
• The pay structure includes a base rate of 62 cents per mile and a bonus of 2 cents per mile for all touch freight loads
• Subsequent stops come with a $20 fee per stop after the initial one
• $40 per jobsite
• The pay for detention is $16 for each hour
• The pay for breakdowns increases to $16 per hour after the first hour
• Earn $100 more for a 34-hour restart performed while on the road
• Holiday pay
• Drivers are expected to complete around 15 stops and travel between 2,000 to 2,500 miles each week

Requirements:

• - Providing evidence of one year of OTR driving is essential for obtaining a legitimate Class A CDL
• Desired qualifications include being 23 years old or older and having a proven track record in tractor-trailer operation for more than two decades
• Being within the threshold of two moving violations
• Drivers are advised to stay within the speed limit and not go over by a margin of 15 miles per hour
