About Us

Roy and Bobbie Querio became part of the workforce at Granzotto Trucking in 1953 and 1955, contributing to the family-owned business.

Founded in 1965 by Roy and Bobbie in Walnut Creek, Royal Trucking saw its inception with just seven equipment pieces. The Querios later shifted their operations to Cowell, California, to accommodate their growing fleet. By the early 1970s, their relentless drive and determination had led to a sixfold increase in fleet size to a total of 42 vehicles.

As the Company expanded during the 80s and 90s, the third generation of the family started contributing to Royal Trucking. Today, Roy and Bobbie's three children and two sons-in-law are actively involved in Royal Trucking, committed to preserving the family tradition.
