LCL Bulk Transport is currently recruiting OTR drivers and specifically targeting individuals with valid passports and Canada-ready driving skills.
Wage and the allocation of time for relaxation in one's own living space are key components:
- Get a first-year income ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, with a minimum guaranteed transition wage
- The annual earnings for top drivers can surpass $110,000
- - Loaded miles have a starting rate of $0.63 CPM
- - Weekly income averaging from $1400 to over $1600
- A six-week transition period comes with a guaranteed minimum payment of $1200
- OTR drivers follow a schedule that allows them to be home for a span of 10 to 14 days before heading back out on their route, with the option to extend their time off as needed
- After finishing your inaugural independent haul, you are entitled to weekend premium payment as part of the $75.00/day transition allowance
- An attractive sign-on bonus of $12,500 is up for grabs for recently hired drivers
- A crossing stipend of $75.00 is available for drivers in Canada
- Earn a substantial $2000 referral bonus for every new driver you enlist into the program
- Quarterly safety bonus

- Maintain company vehicles with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Safely driving to the required location while fulfilling the customer's expectations
- Ensuring compliance with FMCSA rules through meticulous upkeep of Elogs and accurate completion of trip reports and additional paperwork
- Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills when communicating with dispatch, clients, and coworkers

In order to secure an opportunity to work with us, you must:
- Be in possession of a current Class A CDL in the state where you are located
- Demonstrate a track record of 12 or more months handling tractor/trailer duties
- Past the age of 21
- Successfully navigating through a DOT physical, ergonomic evaluation, and drug screening process
