STIPEND - Safety bonus not encompassed in pay structure

• From April 2nd, individuals will be compensated at a rate of 0.56 cents for every mile they drive
• - Quarterly payouts of a safety bonus at a rate of three cents per mile are given to safe drivers

There is no waiting period for rollovers from other qualified plans into the Rural King 401(k) plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The incumbent must hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Minimum 1+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving preferred
• Fulfilling the requirements of a background check, DOT drug screening, and DOT medical examination is essential for qualification
• A driving history that is clean, indicating the absence of any moving infractions in the preceding 13-month period
• Present superior stamina and attentiveness while enduring extended driving shifts
• Practical involvement with prevalent electronic logging systems and software, including GPS, Peoplenet, and Qualcomm
• Extensive familiarity with the applicable laws and regulations for truck drivers
• Demonstrating adaptability and anticipation in addressing unforeseen challenges like traffic obstacles and unpredictable weather
• Prepared to comply with background and drug assessments and offer employment references
