Job Details

• The typical driver earns about $80,000 annually, but top drivers can potentially earn up to $128,000 per year
• - A $1,000 incentive is available to all new recruits, with the entire amount paid on their first check.
• The rate offered is 62 cents per mile as a base pay, with an additional 2 cents per mile for handling touch freight shipments
• After the initial stop, there is a $20 charge for each subsequent stop made
• $40 per jobsite
• The hourly rate for detention reimbursement is $16
• Breakdown pay amounts to $16 hourly after the initial hour has passed
• Secure a $100 bonus for a 34-hour restart completed during a trip
• Holiday pay
• On average, drivers cover a distance of 2,000 to 2,500 miles while making around 15 stops per week

Requirements:

• - Meeting the qualifications for a Class A CDL involves possessing a year of documented OTR expertise
• Ideal candidates should be 23 years or older with a strong background in handling tractor-trailers
• Ensuring that the number of moving violations does not exceed two
• Violations arising from speeding should not involve driving at a speed exceeding the limit by 15 miles per hour
• Stable job history
• Demonstrating a preparedness to deal with freight physically and make phone calls to customers
