Job Details

• An average driver can earn approximately $80,000 annually, while top-performing drivers have the potential to make up to $128,000 each year
• - Newly onboarded employees will be granted a $1,000 signing bonus, which will be paid in full upon receipt of their first check.
• Drivers are compensated at a rate of 62 cents per mile, with an added 2 cents per mile allocated for touch freight assignments
• For every stop made beyond the first one, an extra $20 is added to the total cost
• $40 per jobsite
• Compensation for delays is set at $16 per hour
• After the initial hour, workers receive $16 for every hour dedicated to handling breakdowns
• An extra $100 for a 34-hour restart carried out over the road
• Holiday pay
• Drivers typically make about 15 stops per week while traveling between 2,000 and 2,500 miles

Requirements:

• - For a Class A CDL, a year of documented OTR proficiency is mandatory
• Preferably looking for individuals with over two decades of age and extensive background in handling tractor-trailers
• No more than two instances of moving violations
• Driving at a speed that is 15 miles per hour over the limit should be strictly prohibited
• Stable job history
